Welcome!

Please choose an available time for your appointment, preferably at least one day away.

If you are booking a free consult you should receive a confirmation immediately and I'll send you a reminder a couple of days ahead of time.

For paid packages and sessions you will be taken to a Paypal page where you can make your payment. Once complete you will receive an email confirming your appointment.

If you have any problems with scheduling, please don't hesitate to shoot me an email at sarah@holistichotsauce.com.

I will contact you at the appointed time. If you are outside of North America I may not have the capability of calling you by phone, so we will need to communicate online via Skype, Zoom or another medium. We can discuss this over email.
